If an employee forgets or loses their password, the Administrator can reset their password for them (the employee still needs to choose their new password). Follow these steps to reset an employee's password:
- Select an organisation or sub-organisation.
- Select Manage employee permissions.
- Click Edit on this list of employees.
- On the edit employee pop-up, click Reset password for user.
- The employee receives an email or a text message asking to logon the solution with the OTP (OneTime Password).
- Provide the resulting OTP (One Time Password) to the employee.
- Click Save.
The user is able to change password without an administrative employee's intervention but it requires the employee is able to remember their password. If that is the case, direct the employee to the Home screen where they can change their password freely.
